Prayer Requests
When you are in need, we want to be able to come alongside you and to call on God through prayer (Psalm 4:3). At Christ Community Church, we have several ways you can request prayer.
Ask for prayer after a weekend service. We'd love to pray with you in person. Each week after every service we have people available with whom you can pray. You can find those people at the front or along the sides of the auditorium at the end of each service. All you need to do is share your first name and the request. Then, allow the prayer team member to intercede on your behalf.
If you are not ready to pray with someone in person, simply fill out the bottom portion of the Weekly Welcome, detach it and place the paper in the offering bag as it passes by. Our prayer team will receive those requests the first of the week and begin praying for your needs.
If something comes up during the week and you need more immediate prayer, send your campus' prayer team a message using the appropriate link below. Between the multiple campuses, we have over 75 prayer team members praying weekly for the requests we receive.

Once a month we offer Elder prayer. This doesn't mean that some people have more direct access to God or that their prayers are more effective than others. We truly believe what James 5:13-16 states: "Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." Elders are available to pray with you immediately following the service on communion weekends.
If you have an emergency and need prayer or assistance immediately, please call our Pastor-On-Call line at 630.485.3430. A pastor will be in touch with you quickly and help assess your needs at that time.
