Why the name Re•source?
Resource is defined in the Merriam-Webster Dictionary as “a natural feature that enhances the quality of human life.” It is our hope that Re•source will enhance the quality of the lives we touch in two distinct ways. First, we will be an informational resource to you through the books and Bibles we offer for sale.
Second, we will be a financial resource to our ministry partners around the world by donating 10% of every sale to the International Impact ministry of Christ Community Church.
What makes Re•source different than Lifeline Bookstore?
Re•source will provide you with a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Like Lifeline, you will continue to find an abundant selection of Bibles and quality books, but now you will also be able to find a greater selection of unique, global gifts. We want to invite you to shop with a purpose. Because 10% of each sale will be donated to International Impact, you become a financial resource to our ministry partners around the world when you make a purchase at Re•source.
I can get some of your resources for less at Amazon. Why should I buy it at Re •source?
We cannot give the discounts that you will find at a provider like Amazon.com. But we do offer an opportunity for you to shop with a purpose—consciously and with compassion. When you choose to buy at Re•source, you will make a difference in the lives of our ministry partners around the world.
How do you decide what books you carry?
We know you are busy and may have time to only read one book on any given subject. The books we carry are selected with you in mind. With a vast array of books published every year, we have streamlined your selection based on the research and recommendations from Christ Community ministry staff, allowing you to quickly find the “best of the best” in your area of interest.
What are “global gifts”?
Our gift selection is built around fair trade goods that were made internationally so that we can make a difference and give back.
