Awana Waivers & Policies

Cancellation/Change Policy: There are no refunds or exchanges. I understand that if my child does not continue with this program, the registration fee will be donated toward scholarships. Any merchandise purchased is not returnable but may also be donated.

Liability Waiver: As parent or legal guardian, in registering my child for a KidsWorld program, I am waiving and releasing Christ Community Church from all claims and liability for injury my child may sustain while participating.

Medical Consent: I hereby give consent to the administration of any medical treatment, which may be necessary in the opinion of a licensed physician or medical facility in case of injury or illness if I cannot be reached. 

Photo & Video Waiver: I agree, without compensation, to permit Christ Community Church to use photographs, video images of my child or artwork of any kind created by my child, for use and benefit of their ministries, publications, and other institutional development and promotional programs. Personal information will not be used nor given to any other church or organization.

By registering your child you agree to ALL of the waivers, consents and policies.
