Set Up A Carpool

Online sign up for carpooling is closed. Please set up a carpool at the Info counter in the Atrium at registration tomorrow morning.

Checking in is easy but checking out your kids can be a bit tricky when you are carpooling and can't get your driving partner or your spouse that pick up tag.

We have set up a way to coordinate carpooling in advance this year. Just give us some basic info and we will email you a pre-assigned unique carpool pick up number and information that can be used at check out, especially if you can't coordinate with your drivers on the first day.

So here's how things work:

First things first....You must check your child IN every day. This is important for the safety & security of your children.

Your carpool party will be assigned a set of wristbands that all have the same unique number on them. We'll send you an email with this number and some temporary carpool pick up cards that you can print to make the first day go a bit smoother.

You can pick up your wristbands at church ahead of time OR visit the carpool table on the first day of camp.

Each child will wear their wristband everyday and each adult will get a matching one to either wear, put on a key chain or your purse strap, etc.

Only one person needs to fill out the form for the carpool party.
