Join men and women ages 60+ for a catered lunch*, friendship, and guest speakers. See below for Fall/Winter schedule and registration links.

Fall 2019 Schedule-

Aug 22nd- Good Ole Fashioned BBQ Picnic,  5:30pm (serving dinner at 6pm) at The Tilstra’s, 828 Dorken Ln, DeKalb. Bring a dish to pass and come enjoy hanging out before Summer ends! RSVP: Click here

Sept. 26- Guest Speaker Tom Scott from Elder Care Services. Topic- Adult Protection Services along with a Tai Chi presentation followed by a spiritual devotion by Dave Riniker. Catered meal at DeKalb campus in the Hub.

Oct. 24- Guest author, speaker Jay Payleitner. Topic- “What if God Wrote your Bucket List.“  Catered meal at DeKalb campus in the auditorium.

COMMUNITY GROUPS

A Community Group is an intentional community consisting of 3 to 12 people who meet regularly to pursue spiritual growth, friendship and support. Community Groups meet 2 or more times a month, though weekly meetings are most common. Groups gather at a member's home, on the church campus, or even in a local restaurant.

CARE NIGHT

Care Night is an evening collection of workshops, classes, and recovery groups that foster relational, emotional, and spiritual growth, as well as practical skill-development through large group teaching and small group discussion.

ALPHA

Alpha is a 10 week series of interactive sessions that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith. Participants come to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, the afterlife, the claims of Jesus. Some people want to get beyond religion and find a relationship with God that really changes a life.

Financial Peace University (FPU) is a practical, biblically-based course from Dave Ramsey, which is designed to help you learn to handle money God's way. The dynamic, motivational lessons cover topics like eliminating debt, saving and spending wisely, and how to give like never before.
