Effective immediately, all church activities at all campuses are cancelled until further notice, with the exception of off-site adult Community Groups. We will gather online for weekend worship services on Saturday at 5pm and Sunday at 9am & 11am.

Join men and women ages 60+ for a catered lunch*, friendship, and guest speakers. See below for Fall/Winter schedule and registration links. 

*$12 donation suggested.

March 26- Guest Speaker Paul DeHaven & catered meal* at DeKalb campus in the Hub.

May 21- Meeting offsite for pay-your-own-way lunch and serving opportunity at Feed My Starving Children.

 June 24- Summer Music Concert at the Ellwood House,  509 N 1st St, DeKalb, IL 60115, 6 p.m. Bring snacks to share, lawn chairs, and enjoy an evening of entertainment in the great outdoors with Christ Community Church friends and others.  


July 23- 60+ Picnic at Ray & Ginny Tilstra's home, 828 Dorken Lane, DeKalb. Bring a dish and enjoy our end-of-season picnic! No RSVP required.

A Community Group is an intentional community consisting of 3 to 12 people who meet regularly to pursue spiritual growth, friendship and support. Community Groups meet 2 or more times a month, though weekly meetings are most common. Groups gather at a member's home, on the church campus, or even in a local restaurant.

Care Night is an evening collection of workshops, classes, and recovery groups that foster relational, emotional, and spiritual growth, as well as practical skill-development through large group teaching and small group discussion.

Alpha is a 10 week series of interactive sessions that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith. Participants come to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, the afterlife, the claims of Jesus. Some people want to get beyond religion and find a relationship with God that really changes a life.

Financial Peace University (FPU) is a practical, biblically-based course from Dave Ramsey, which is designed to help you learn to handle money God's way. The dynamic, motivational lessons cover topics like eliminating debt, saving and spending wisely, and how to give like never before.
