Stations of the Cross & Confession

Stations of the Cross

For centuries, one of the ways Christ-followers have prepared for Good Friday is to reflect on the Stations of the Cross. The Stations of the Cross is a series of fourteen episodes, drawn from Scripture, that follow Jesus from his arrest in the garden, to his crucifixion on the cross, and his burial in the tomb. Each step in the journey is illustrated by a work of art to help you reflect on what Jesus did for you, and a booklet to help guide your reflection and provided a powerful, self-paced experience.

Prayer and confession with an elder or Pastor

James 5:16 says "confess your sins to each other and pray for each other." Confession is a way to be honest about our failures and struggles and be reassured of God's grace to forgive and transform. It is a great way to prepare for Good Friday and Easter. During Holy Week, pastors and elder couples will be available for prayer. No appointment is necessary. Just stop in, and someone will be available to listen and pray for you.
