Hearing and Speaking Truth
When Paul and Barnabas heal someone in Lystra and Derbe, the people attempt to worship them. Instead, Paul and Barnabase insisted that they were mere humans, not above anyone else. Refusing to become celebrities, heroes, or gods, they instead embraced hardships for the sake of the one who is to be worshiped. They undermined the idolatry of their age, and pointed to the one who deserves to be elevated.

We all have doubts, those nagging questions that make it hard to believe. This April and May, Christ Community Church weekend services will, over 5 weeks, explore difficult spiritual topics that challenge non-believers and believers alike.
