I'm a native Texan who moved to Illinois in August of 1995 with my wife Carolyn and our two daughters, Briana and Caitlin. Carolyn is originally from Illinois. We have been attending CCC since 2000. I started my career here August 1, 2011. My past career was in the Food and Beverage Industry working for McDonald's, the Sheraton Hotel, Olive Garden, Boston Market, and Panera Bread.
My interests are: being a handy man and helping others, working on cars and small gas motors, gardening, and giving away fresh produce. I also enjoy hunting deer with a bow and arrow. (Do you have any land I could hunt on?) I started my own fudge business called "Steve E's Fudge Shoppe" making hand-crafted gourmet fudge infused with various forms of liqueurs. I'm also a firm believer in the saying, "one man's junk is another man's treasure." (I recycle, refurbish, or piece-meal items that still can be made of use.)
