Saint Charles Campus - PostureFit

PostureFit is a fitness program with a focus on core strength, best posture, flexibility and balance. The program utilizes the PostureFit bar which is weighted (6 lbs and 9 lbs). The purpose of the PostureFit bar is to aid in establishing a reference point for your best posture and then used repeatedly to engage targeted muscle groups. The program is led by a certified posture expert who is well-versed in teaching to health care, fitness, golf, and corporate wellness audiences.

PostureFit bars are provided at no cost. Also, there is no fee and no advance registration is needed for this women's only ministry. Students should wear comfortable, appropriate clothing and bring a yoga mat and water. 

Classes will be held from 6:30-7:30pm on Thursdays in St. Charles campus gymnasium. Join us as often as you are able!
