We were admitted to Rush University Medical Center at 11:30 this morning, after seeing Shaun’s oncologist, who is overseeing the chemo for this cancer. Chemo treatment started this afternoon. Shaun is doing amazing, although he’s pretty sleepy and warm. The nurses and everyone here have been absolutely amazing again! Please keep praying for Shaun, as he will be here for 3-4 days, and then back again in 3 weeks. Once that session of chemo is done, they will repeat scans, and see where we’re at. Then 3 weeks after that, another round, and then another 3 weeks after. When the 4th session is over, they’ll repeat scans and again, see where the cancer is at. Please keep lifting our family up, as we fight this together. Pray for Cailin as we try to navigate this new path for awhile. We know God has us protected, even though we may not understand the “why” of this journey.

Please pray for my 13 year old grandson Mason. He is going to a weekend Christian retreat in a neighboring city.  I so want him to grow in Christ and turn himself totally over to Jesus.  His entire family needs salvation.

Mr and Mrs T

We would be really grateful if you could please pray for our embryo ‘snowflake’ adoption. Two years ago, our only child who was naturally conceived, was stillborn at full term. We believe God opened the door for us to adopt an embryo, and we had a successful frozen embryo transfer on April 10th. Please pray for God’s hand to be on the precious embryo, that it will implant and grow and that we will get a positive pregnancy test on April 22nd. Please pray for God’s will to be done in our lives, that He will be glorified. Whether or not we are blessed with a baby, please pray that others will come to know Jesus through our testimony. We greatly appreciate your prayers. Thank you.

I have been struggling with my physical and mental health in the last month.

I have had to quit my job because my fatigue was too much. I have healed some mentally in the last few weeks but I am still struggling with my fatigue. I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow and I am asking for prayer that my doctor will be kind and interested in helping me. And that hopefully an increase in my medication will help lift this fatigue.

I love God & Jesus. I’ve seen and received His blessings. I’ve seen the way He’s changed people. I want to grow closer to Him and be able to feel His presence and hear His voice.
