We reserve the right to edit prayer requests before posting on the prayer wall. Based on the nature of the prayer request, a pastor may follow up with additional support. Please pray for my brother-in-law, Bob. He has end stage COPD and struggles to breathe at times. He fell on Sunday and needed stitches on his forehead and hand. Please pray for him and his wife, Carolyn. Carolyn has heart issues, diabetes, and takes cholesterol medication with painful side effects. They both need prayers for strength and peace. Carolyn is Christian; Bob needs to give his heart to Jesus while there is still time. He needs to know that God will forgive him no matter his past.

Update on Janel, the daughter of my friend, Laura. She just finished the second round of chemo. She is very thankful for all the prayers. She said that she felt the love and support thru the process. Thank you for praying. Please continue prayers for Janel and her mom, Laura, for God’s strength, peace , and comfort as the chemo sessions continue.

Please pray for a family friend, Inga. She is having surgery for a painful condition that involves a craniotomy and will take up to 6 weeks to recover. Please pray the surgery is successful and she will recover quickly and fully and will no longer have pain.

Two years ago, I was in a serious car accident that left my hip shattered. I’m asking for prayer that my settlement process will be resolved soon. After the accident, I struggled with alcohol and made some mistakes that led to legal problems. I’m working to move forward and pursue an education to become a detective so I can help protect children, and I would greatly appreciate prayers for guidance, favor, and restoration in that journey. I’m also facing a health issue that may require surgery, and I’m asking for prayer for healing. Thank you, and God bless you.

Faith

I am asking for prayer for my son Richard who has an addiction problem. He is not ready to admit it. I am asking for prayers that he wakes up and gets the help he needs and he comes to God for the way to do it correctly. It is breaking my heart to see him this way and the tough love part is hard. Please pray for me as I read God’s word every day and I keep my heart in right place as it all unfolds in God’s Hands.

My best friend’s husband lost his job back in January. They have 2 children (in private school). It’s been interview after interview with no luck and they are genuinely running out of money and deep into their savings. I would ask for as many prayers for him to find a job and to keep their children shielded from the extreme stress they are under. Thank you!

For my relationship with my friend Greg. He ended the friendship 2 weeks ago. It is a complicated relationship where communication has been what has brought us down several times. While the end was not bitter, I pray that at some point we will reconnect. He has hurt and confused feelings as do I. While, he is not a believer I hope that God works on his heart to reach out to me and reconnect.

Larry

On June 4th I am having open heart surgery to repair my leaky mitral valve. Although I know that I am in God’s hands and those of skilled surgeons there is still some anxiety involved. Please pray for peace leading up to my surgery, a successful outcome and a comfortable recovery.
