I pray for my son and daughter-in-law who like many during this time have suffered from job loss, and financial struggle that has caused stress in their relationship. They are both working hard on doing the right thing. Please support them with a good job and financial relief and most of all a strong marriage that keeps them together

Please pray for my sister, N, and her children. She’s in a heavy season, struggling with depression, and I’m concerned that alcohol has become something she leans on to cope. Please pray that the Lord would surround her with His peace and healing, guide her toward the right support, and protect and bring comfort to her children.

My 9-year-old son has been really struggling to sleep in his own bed without a parent for over 6 months. Please pray for us to have patience to endure this, kindness for each other and for our son to begin to feel secure again in his room. Thank you.

For my father, who recently passed away, quite unexpectedly. Trying to cope and understand. Also, looking for support in helping my sisters plan all the funeral arrangements and all the other end of life things. This is the first time for a death in my immediate family. Thank you.

My 77 year old mom Cathy (who has dementia) has been in the hospital 3 days. She had been feeling nauseous and had some vomiting for 2 weeks. She also developed mouth and throat sores which makes her not want to eat or drink as well. Aside from her potassium being dangerously low they are not sure what’s going on. Please pray for complete healing and that once released she will remember to eat and drink when back in her Assisted Living Facility (she sometimes forgets or refuses).

Please pray for my dear friend Carol. She has non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and has been in Chicago since November 20. She recently underwent CAR-T cancer treatment for the one remaining mass and is really struggling right now. The doctors aren’t sure yet if the treatment is working; they won’t know until a PET scan on January 22 or 23.
Please pray for her mental state, and please give her comfort knowing others are praying for her. Most importantly, please pray that the CAR-T treatment is successful.

Please pray for my mom, Joyce. Months of debilitating pain led to discovery of a massive tumor in her chest, thyroid, and neck, which is pushing on her vertebrae and spinal cord. Her spinal cord is in danger. Surgery is recommended. It’s a very serious, very risky procedure which my mom is not at peace about. Requesting prayer for wisdom and clarity as additional testing is performed and for peace in the process.

Today at 11am I go in for a bone marrow biopsy as one more step in my diagnosis of a blood-based cancer identified after an annual routine bloodwork.
I ask that this test and others forthcoming to all comeback negative. Please pray for me.
