Please pray for my sister in law, Katie. She just had another miscarriage, a total of 3 this past year. While she isn’t the type of person to emote this, you can see that it is taking a toll. Pray for their grief and the loss, as well as comfort and healing.

A huge praise to The Lord God Almighty! And thank you to all who have prayed for my brother and our family. Today we received encouraging news. His liver and lung issues are improving and the donor heart is stable. He still is not fully awake, but shows small signs of responsiveness to commands for movement. We would appreciate continued prayers for him to fully awaken and for his lung and liver issues to be resolved.

I recently started a new job back in the financial industry, while it has been a blessing financially as I’m able to give more as far as tithing and getting back on track financially (thanks to FPU as well) l feel like I’m struggling with burnout. I’m lacking focus from the long hours due to expectations of production and am feeling so lost, broken, and overwhelmed. I still start my mornings walking my dog and listening to my Bible in a year app but even then I’m feeling so disconnected from God and my purpose. I know I need my job, but I don’t know how much longer I can take of this. I pray and pray but still feel so tired and overwhelmed.

My granddaughter is doing her student teaching this semester. She has been at the school for 2 days and both days they have had lockdowns because of shootings. She is afraid to go back. There is a meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, about this. The school seems to think she should just work through this but her parents or going to the meeting tomorrow to support her and say she won’t go back. Please pray that a good solution is found. There is a lot riding on what is determined including possible loss of scholarship if she does not go back. We believe God is at work and trust him and pray this will help draw the family closer to God. Thank you for praying with us.

I have been experiencing more and more memory issues and cognitive decline. Could you pray for me? I’m not sure if it’s something organic or a disease but I have a doctors appointment in September but I am scared. If it is something that can be explained medically then it it might be my chronic anxiety and depression. Please pray for peace and calmness in the midst of everything, that I would be able to quiet myself before Jesus and pray. That his word would be my comfort and my guidance.
