Praise God! My hip is healing on its own and no surgery needed. Pray for me though, my cancer is active again. It is now approaching the next stage. Bone marrow biopsy number 3 next week and more bloodwork. That will determine next steps. Pray for God’s glory. Pray that I would stay faithful and spiritually strong. After all this is sorted out, I’m having a scan on my heart to check for calcium deposits. God is faithful.

My cousin was rushed into emergency heart surgery this morning with a tear to his aortic artery. All prayers and support are welcomed – he has a little girl that needs her Daddy!

I am requesting prayers for my 7 year old great nephew. He has been transferred to a Children’s hospital in Chicago yesterday due to extremely low red blood cell count. The family is Christian and trusts in the Lord.

My colleagues father recently passed away after a long health battle. My friend was his primary caregiver and is heartbroken from his passing. She is now having health issues of her own -racing heart rate and nodules on thyroid. Pray that doctors are able to slow the heart rate effectively, that an appointment to a specialist will become available quickly, and that she will feel God’s peace and presence as she grieves her father’s death.

My mom is having some health challenges. She is 81 and broke her ankle. Please pray that the best course of action will be revealed and that she has a speedy recovery. Our family is ‘fractured’ and these health challenges make communicating and decision making difficult between family members. If surgery is needed guide the surgeon’s hands and may there be no complications that arise.

Please pray for Dhalia, she has been a very important person in our lives but I also know she has been struggling at work and with life in general.
