“My sister Melissa, and brother-in-law Mike have influenza. This morning he has double pneumonia his heart rate is through the roof and his breathing is shallow and he is on a CPAP. Mike suffers from other problems with breathing. I asked for prayers to be around him in a mighty way for healing. Melissa also has influenza, so I pray for her as well and ask you to pray along with me. And I pray for a good outcome. I also know prayer is a mighty and wonderful way to help our loved ones. I ask all you wonderful prayer warriors to please pray for Mike at this time so that he is covered. I ask of you with all my love to pray for him to recover.”

I have not been doing well for the past 2 weeks. I have been very fatigued and weak at times. I’m worried I will have to take a leave of absence at work because I have been so tired.

I please ask for prayers that my doctor can figure out what is wrong with me and that she can share my test results quickly.

I have a 5-year-old, and it’s been so hard to take care of her and be present with her. I just want to feel like myself again.

Please pray for my dear friend Michael. He’s atheist and has never been religious. He’s had some misconstrued views of Christianity, and said he needs proof of God, something big in his life to show him He’s real. He’s not really open to learning more about God and doesn’t want to talk about it much.

Please pray that God softens his heart and opens it to Him, that God would show him the proof he needs, and that someday he would accept Christ as his Lord and Savior. I pray that someday he would become a follower of Christ, and know the same love, mercy, refuge and peace we have experienced. Thank you.

Asking for prayers as I navigate a tough turn in my life feeling emotionally exhausted by being pulled in a hundred directions to help others and running out of steam. I will always put others first, but finding it hard to keep up with the pace to help others in medicine and fighting against politics and insurances to get the needed help to those that deserve it. I am struggling with balance between my patients and my home life. I am looking to God to help me find this balance so I don’t keep sacrificing my family time as I have for the last 5+ years and now seeing the cracks in my foundation as a wife and mom.
