Update on my sister Lynn following her 12/10 head and neck surgery for oral cancer—praise God for good news! The infection is gone, her feeding tube is out, and no radiation is needed. Please continue to pray for safe eating, clearer speech, and patience during recovery and healing. Thank you, church family, for your prayers—God has answered beyond what we could ask or think.

I am 11 weeks pregnant and ended up in the hospital due to stomach flu. I’m very scared still even though I am home. I feel my body is so weak, worried about the baby inside. Also worried for my children at home and my husband that haven’t been sick. It’s been rough with me already down with morning sickness and now this.

I have been fighting cancer—this time—for over a year, and my head is not in a good place. I know God can heal me, and he has before. I enjoy sharing my story of His deliverance and faithfulness with care teams and fellow patients. I enjoy serving at CCC, and I believe there are people He still wants me to reach.

We are waiting on a second opinion, but latest scans seem to indicate cancer has morphed and is spreading rapidly. My lungs are affected to the point where singing hymns leaves me breathing heavily. God, I trust you and I know you are willing and able, but I need you to do something only you can do, and I need it soon.
