Asking for prayer for my sweet daughter, Julia, who was readmitted to the hospital after another suicide attempt. She is struggling so hard with an eating disorder and depression. She loves the Lord and just can’t shake the evil that has its claws in her. Please pray for healing and direction of what we need to do to get her well.

Our newborn granddaughter continues in special care unit. Please pray for the staff that is attending to her on the road to healing. For this young spirit that she may survive well and be a godly force as her life moves forward. For the parents that are distraught and scared that they remain strong during this trial and become stronger in their faith because of it. For my wife who is struggling with sadness and worry, even in her strong faith. I am also asking prayers for me, to have a listening ear and when needed use the proper that I might comfort those in distress with empathy, kindness, and compassion.

Update on Jenny: The specialists have recommended no surgery, just close follow-up and frequent stress tests! Better answer than we hoped for! Eph 3:20! She needs to get her stress level under control. She and my nephew, Derek, are deep into getting her mom’s hoarding situation under control so she can possibly move back home. Please continue to pray for resolution, wisdom with every decision, and that peace will reign. Thank you for your prayers!!

Please pray for my granddaughter born on Tuesday and her parents. She is in the NICU in Chicago and has tests on Friday. Please pray for healing, that all swelling has gone down, and there is no permanent damage. Please pray for her parents and that they might turn to God for strength and peace. I had my third bone marrow biopsy today. The doctor did get two good samples, and I should have results when I see my oncologist July 8. Decisions have to be made regarding chemo. Also I will have a CT of my heart to check calcium deposits. I’m returning to my foot surgeon for a final checkup. My kidney levels are below normal. It could be from cancer or arthritis meds. I really appreciate your prayers and do not take them for granted.

Please pray for my best friends’ father, Mr. Devlin. He had an acute heart attack a few days ago and needs a triple bypass surgery this Friday. My uncle discovered 2 months ago that he has Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer. He was told he may have up to 1 1/2 years to live if he did the chemo. He is doing the right now but it is taking an incredible toll on him. I’m asking for God to miraculously heal him. I’m also asking God to send Christian people in to his life including myself to witness to him. I don’t know if he is a Christian or not. He grew up going to church but in his adult life has not attended church. Thank you so much.
