Please pray for our daughter and son in law as they transition out of the Navy for his 20 year retirement. That process of paperwork would go smoothly, and work outside the Navy would be secured.

Praise the Lord! After a brief medical scare, Shaun is home! His blood sugar dropped dangerously low, and he was also diagnosed with pneumonia and extremely high calcium levels. He was admitted and given fluids and antibiotics, and thankfully, his levels improved enough for him to come home. Please keep Shaun in your prayers for continued healing, strength, and restored health.
On the 17th, we head back to Rush University for his port to be inserted to start a chemo, and then his immunotherapy infusions. Please pray that this immunotherapy will do its job. This has been an insane journey.

I am from Nicaragua, and I lived in DeKalb for about a year. During that time, I spent a lot of time on campus and participated in different activities. I met many wonderful people, and I thank God for bringing them into my life.
I returned to Nicaragua about a year ago because of the new immigration rules. I went to the United States legally to work, contribute to the economy, and accomplish some personal goals. I was able to achieve some of them, but unfortunately, there are still others that I have not been able to accomplish.
Since returning to my country, I have struggled to find a job that would allow me to continue working toward those goals. Right now, I am asking for your prayers. I would appreciate prayers for guidance, strength, and clarity as I try to find my way and feel at peace with myself and with God.
Maybe what I need most right now is some kind of divine guidance to help me understand what direction I should take next. I trust that God has a plan, even when I cannot see it clearly.
By the way, I am writing this from Nicaragua.

You all have been praying for my sister in law, Lori. She is in a very dark place spiritually, mentally, and physically. The Lord has led me to send her a book, which I found in the Resource Center – 40 devotions when a loved one dies. Her husband (my brother) and her daughter both died last year. Please pray that she reads the book; that the scriptures reach her heart; that she receives Jesus and is delivered from darkness. Thank you so very much.

Father God I pray for every family that has loved ones who are not following you. May we as believers continue to pray for them and be a witness to them. Create opportunities for us to share our faith. All for you and for your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen

Thank you for your prayers for Jenny. She is a woman of deep faith. She has been fighting cancer for a long time, yet has a strong positive attitude. And her husband passed several weeks ago. They were married over 30 years.
She is a beautiful woman inside and out.
Please pray for her to deeply feel God’s peace and presence.
Thank you Christ Community Church prayer warriors.
Blessings on your prayer requests too.
