I’m asking for prayers for my son. He’s worked so hard to make a hockey team, and it’s not looking like it’s going to happen. It’s been heartbreaking watching his dream and love for the game feel like it’s slipping away.

I’m especially worried about his heart and how to help him through this without losing his passion for something he’s loved for 11 years. Hockey has been incredibly healing for him—he was diagnosed with motor tics and sensory processing disorder at age 4, and the ice has been the most therapeutic place for him to ground himself.

I’m praying for a miracle in the next 24 hours—that he’ll receive an email inviting him to join the team.

Please pray I do not have breast cancer. I have to have a biopsy of 2 spots on my left side and I’m trying not to be worried and trust God but I’m also so scared. My biopsy isn’t until 4/27. Please pray there is nothing wrong and God will calm my fears and make everything ok. Thank you.

I will be 28 this summer and God has always put the desire on my heart to be married and find my person. I live alone and can often feel lonely. My close friends are either married and have kids or are in a relationship and won’t go out like someone who is single would. The weekends are hard because I don’t know how to spend my time. Please prayer for strength and comfort in the waiting

Hey Church,

My dad, Dave, has been in the hospital for a week now. He has idiopathic encephalopathy, which is just medical talk for brain swelling with an unknown cause. He’s very forgetful, has limited short term memory now, gets scared when he becomes aware that he’s forgetful and this all happened quickly. The medical team has no idea the cause of it yet and we’re waiting on his lab results to come back to hopefully get more answers. We need prayer for his healing and for answers to what is happening in his body. We need prayer for patience, strength, peace and comfort all from the Lord to keep my dad, my family and myself okay. Thank you to who ever reads this and is praying!

Please pray for my husband and his fellow firefighters as they suffered the tragic loss of one of their guys. Pray for godly people in their lives to come around them and share God’s comfort with them. Pray that this will open up conversations and draw people to Christ, the One who gives us peace in this broken world.

I am undergoing a colonoscopy at the request of my urologist and gastroenterologist. I’ve been experiencing some symptoms that might align with colorectal cancer. The procedure is scheduled for Wednesday. I underwent five-bypass open heart surgery six months ago so I’m not at all worried about the procedure itself. Please pray that the results show I am cancer free or if they detect cancer that it will be fully treatable.
