My sister, Lynn, had complicated mouth and neck surgery for cancer in December. She’s progressed well but unfortunately has had a rare complication with the hardware in her jaw and will have surgery to correct it on Thursday the 19th. Please pray for successful restoration of her jaw alignment so she can chew solid food. She’s had to purée everything she eats for these 2 1/2 months. Thank you, prayer warriors!

My family found out yesterday that my dad, Chris, has a baseball sized tumor on his brain. He will have surgery on Tuesday at 12:30 to removed it.

Please pray for complete healing, wisdom and precision for the doctors, and peace that surpasses all understanding for my family.

I am incredibly thankful that my dad knows Jesus and that his hope is in Him. Praise the Lord!

I want to thank this Church for being my prayer warriors all the seasons of my life.

We are experiencing the worst of the worst right now – with my family currently going through a DCFS case that’s got blown way out of proportion – putting my family at risk for being broken unnecessarily. Add to that the health struggles of my parents with yet another cancer diagnosis and another potential one. And my brother’s continuous battle with unemployment. All in one week.

It has been a very heavy past few days and I pray for God’s presence and favor and protection in every aspect of our lives right now.

Church, please pray for me again.

I want to share with you how important and wonderful all your prayers were for our situation when her husband suddenly died on the 23rd of December.

During my visit, many people helped her: installing a fence for her dogs, wrapping pipes for freezing weather in Tennessee, and removing a fallen tree from her driveway.

Recently, she felt led to buy food for a homeless man at Walmart and shared her faith with him. Up until this point my daughter was a Christian but seemed lukewarm. I had been working with her on her feelings but didn’t realize how much good it had done until I was down visiting after her husband’s death. I was praising the Lord all day for his miraculous and beautiful healing of her soul and bringing himself to her.

The most beautiful part of the whole experience is knowing that your prayers were heard.

I am asking for prayers today for my daughter and her family. They have had one illness after another running through their family for the past month and a half. I just ask God to heal their bodies, especially for the children and to watch over them and protect them from any more illness and give my daughter strength as she cares for them. In Jesus name.
