Workplaces can be the best of places for relationships and they can be the worst of places for relationships. A great co-worker best friend makes going to work a joy. A horrible boss and foreman that play practical jokes on you can make it torture.

With so much time spent at your job – school, office, field, courtroom, warehouse, wherever, making the most of your work relationships is critical to being the person that God wants you to be.

We are in the 3rd week of our series, “Job Change: A Fresh Look at Work” and today, you guessed, it we’re looking at relationships within the workplace.

There are 4 types of workplace relationships that I want us to focus in on today:

1. Relating to your co-workers
2. Relating to your boss
3. Relating as the boss
4. Relating to difficult people
