SUMMER CAMP 2026
High School: Monday, June 15 - Saturday, June 20
9th -12th grade students during the 2026-2027 school year.
Middle School: Friday, June 26 - Wednesday, July 1
6th - 8th grade during the 2026-2027 school year.
Cost: $578
Includes:
➢A nonrefundable deposit of $190 to secure your spot
➢Transportation to and from camp
➢A pre-packed lunch for the bus ride home
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
➢If you cancel 14 days or more before the departure date, you’ll receive a refund minus the $190 nonrefundable registration and a $7 processing fee.
➢If you cancel within 14 days of departure, you are not eligible for a refund.
Registration is open through May 8, 2026, at 10 pm, or until camp sells out.

DETAILS ABOUT SENIOR EXPERIENCE AT NORTHWOODS
This year, our incoming seniors will enjoy something special designed just for them. They'll stay at Silver Birch's sister location, Northwoods Retreat, which offers a more mature setting with riverfront access, quieter surroundings, and the kind of independence that fits this milestone year.
The Northwoods location is just 10 minutes away, so seniors will have their own home base for cabins and some meals, while staying fully connected to everything they love about Silver Birch: chapel services, priority activity sign-ups, canteen time, and all the classic camp games and activities.
We're also adding some exclusive perks just for seniors!
This setup will give the students a fitting capstone to their camp years, honoring their growth while preserving the Silver Birch traditions they've come to treasure.

Every year, we have students that receive a scholarship to go to summer camp, and we’d love to have you partner with us in helping students that can’t afford camp. If you’d like to help a student attend camp, please click on the button below to donate:
