CHILDCARE REIMBURSEMENT

Childcare shouldn't be a barrier to connecting to a Community Group.

We want everyone in our church to be able to be part of a Community Group, and we don’t want the cost of childcare to be an obstacle. The purpose of our childcare reimbursement program is to provide financial support if childcare is a financial burden or obstacle for anyone participating in a Community Group

How the Reimbursement Process Works

Step 1: Sign the Childcare Reimbursement Policy. After you have filled out this form, you will be able to begin submitting a reimbursement request.

Step 2: Submit a reimbursement request to your campus. After you have signed the Childcare Reimbursement Policy, you are able to submit a reimbursement request. Please submit the reimbursement request by the campus your Community Group is associated with:

Aurora Reimbursement Request
DeKalb Reimbursement Request
Huntley Reimbursement Request
• Streamwood Reimbursement Request
St. Charles/South Elgin Reimbursement Request

Step 3: Receive a reimbursement. After you submit a form, it typically takes about 10-14 business days before you receive your reimbursement. Reimbursements will be sent via check unless you are set up with direct deposit through the church. If you would like to receive your reimbursement via direct deposit, click here.
