Communications is your one-stop print shop for deliverables from invite cards, signs, shirts, mugs, booklets, stickers, etc. If you need something made, the COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT FORM is your ticket to a beautiful journey where our team will take your project from idea to design to reality sitting in your hands. This form would also be how you get a new logo/brand made--even if you are not ready to order anything with that spiffy logo on it yet. Please remember that we ask all requests to be made at least 4-8 weeks in advance to when you need the product.

PROTIP: Fill out this form once you have all the details figured out within your team: size, content, due date, etc.

In addition to design and ordering products for you, Communications wants to tell EVERYONE what you are doing! But...we can only do that if you tell us WHAT you are doing (and when and where and how).

We have a lot of ways to get the word out to our church (Weekly Welcome, in-service verbal announcements, social media, online and app announcements, all-church email, slides that are shown in service, etc). By submitting the PROMOTION SUBMISSION FORM, your request will be considered for ALL Communications-run promotion. This is the only way we know what you are doing so PLEASE give us all the deets and the vision.

Part of promotion is having your events and opportunities on the website. The promo form has a space where you can both submit your info for promotion AND update or build its web page.

PROTIP: We encourage starting promotion 4 weekends before your event or opportunity.

Note: If you are starting something new that will be promoted, you can kill two birds with one stone by using the Promo Submission Form to request promotion AND a new webpage.

PROTIP: You may not want to type out a whole page's contents or a bunch of changes in a web ticket. That's cool. Type up a Google doc and submit the URL with this form.

Do you need a video made for your ministry? Our Visual Storytelling Team would love to help!

PROTIP: This form is to make a video that we give to your ministry for various uses (on your web page, on social media, etc). What this form doesn't do is allow you to request a video in service. Service videos are determined by the teaching pastors and Creative Arts as they plan services. If you want in-service promotion, please use the Promotion Request Form.
