Family & Friends of Addicts & Alcoholics - Aurora
Are you someone who really cares about someone close to you who might be addicted to drugs or alcohol? Your relationship with that person can be lively and quite enjoyable. But at times it can turn into a roller coaster ride. The relationship goes in the direction towards anger, shame or distrust. Due in part with the addiction.
This Care Group sorts through mixed emotions you might feel when dealing with this type of relationship. Some of the addicted may include a parent, a spouse, a child, a friend, a sibling or a coworker. We will work on the frustrating aspects within the relationship through prayer and biblical teachings which lead to better understanding and hopefully a wholesome relationship. Please join us.
