WHAT WE ARE ABOUT

A few helpful things to know.

WEEKEND WORSHIP SERVICES

Here's what you can expect when you join us.

YOUR FIRST VISIT (WITH OR WITHOUT KIDS)

We have a gift for you when you join us for the first time at one of our weekend services. Simply stop by the Information/New Here area and say “I’m new here.” A smiling and helpful person will present you with your gift. It’s that easy!

If you are coming with kids in fifth grade and under, you’ll likely want to check them into KidsWorld. The first time takes about five minutes to register each child. Once that’s done, checking in just takes a few seconds each weekend. Allowing some extra time for your first visit will allow you to take things at a comfortable and relaxed pace.

A helpful tip for new families visiting our St. Charles/South Elgin Campus: If your little ones will be joining KidsWorld, we've made it easy for you! Simply follow the KidsWorld signs to Door K when you arrive. After coming up our long driveway, just veer to the right and you'll find convenient parking right by Door K. This entrance will get you and your kids right where you need to be with minimal walking—we know how much easier that makes everything when you're managing little ones!

OUR CHURCH HISTORY

For the church's 40th Anniversary, an independent film company created a documentary about the beginnings and legacy of Christ Community. Watch a 12-minute version below.

THE PERFECT NEXT STEP

Rooted is Christ Community's 10-week, group-based experience for anyone new to the church, new to faith, or needing community. Rooted will help you develop Christ-centered rhythms to deepen your connection with God, the church, and your purpose.

Rooted is offered 3 times a year (Fall, Winter, Spring). Take the step to build your faith and community in one of our upcoming Rooted sessions.
